Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your iSmash account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Device
Back up your data, remove all personal accounts/passwords, and securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- 3.Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the hardware for diagnostic verification, and once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
